2. Identify Likely Pain Points: By going through your site or app, I pinpoint areas where users are likely to face difficulties or become frustrated. This could be anything from confusing menu structures to non-intuitive checkout processes.
    

3. Provide Actionable Recommendations: After the review, I compile a summary list, or a full report, of the identified issues, alongside practical suggestions to improve the site or app's usability and design. These recommendations will include some clear and actionable next steps, helping you implement immediate and impactful changes.
    

4. Review Accessibility Compliance: Every package will include a free accessibility audit from Stark to asses whether your website or app is meeting international design standards that support the needs of people with impairments and differences in abilities.
